About the Client:
Our customer is a US-based organization that organizes an annual trade show for media, entertainment, and technology where more than 90,000 attendees from 160 countries and 1,600+ exhibitors participate.

The customer uses Salesforce to manage sales, while customers use an external booth management system for booth bookings.

Our Solution:
The sales team manages sales with Salesforce, while the external booth management system is used by customers to book booths and update company and contact information.
To ensure seamless sync, we created a Talend ETL job hosted on AWS which syncs Account, Contact, and Opportunity records between Salesforce and the booth management system. Salesforce updates trigger REST API calls to update the booth system, providing a reliable Expo and Events CRM application.
This robust integration acts as a cornerstone Salesforce event management solution and a comprehensive Salesforce booth management system integration that enhances data consistency and operational efficiency.
How Job Works:
This job is scheduled daily via crontab, the AWS-hosted Talend job fetches modified data from the booth management system using REST web services, verifies records against Salesforce, and applies updates where necessary.
